شروط الاستخدام

١. الخدمة
«مجد» تطبيق خلفيات يقدّم أعمالاً بصرية مستوحاة من تراث السعودية ودول
الخليج. جزء من المحتوى مجاني، وجزء يتطلب اشتراكاً أو شراءً لمرة واحدة.
٢. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات
- تتم جميع المدفوعات عبر App Store أو
Google Play حصراً. نحن لا نستلم أي بيانات دفع.
- تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل ٢٤ ساعة على
الأقل من نهاية المدة الحالية.
- تُدار عمليات التجديد والإلغاء من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر، وليس من داخل
التطبيق.
- شراء «مدى الحياة» دفعة واحدة ولا يتجدد.
- تخضع الاستردادات لسياسة المتجر الذي اشتريت منه. لا
نملك صلاحية إصدار استرداد نيابةً عنه.
- قد تتغير الأسعار مستقبلاً؛ ولن يؤثر ذلك على مدة اشتراك جارية.
٣. ما يحق لك فعله بالخلفيات
نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام الخلفيات على
أجهزتك الشخصية.
لا يجوز إعادة بيعها أو توزيعها أو ترخيصها، ولا استخدامها
في منتجات أو مواد تجارية، ولا طباعتها للبيع، ولا رفعها إلى تطبيقات أو مواقع
خلفيات أخرى.
٤. الملكية الفكرية
جميع الأعمال المعروضة مملوكة لنا أو مرخّصة لنا. أسماء المواقع والمعالم
المذكورة هي إشارات جغرافية وصفية فحسب، ولا تعني أي ارتباط بأي جهة أو رعاية
منها.
٥. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع محاولة تجاوز نظام الاشتراك، أو استخراج المحتوى بوسائل آلية، أو إعادة
هندسة التطبيق.
٦. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». نبذل جهدنا لإبقائه متاحاً وصحيحاً، لكننا لا نضمن
خلوّه من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. الإحداثيات المرفقة إرشادية، ولا يُعتمد عليها في
الملاحة الفعلية.
٧. إنهاء الخدمة
يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام في أي وقت بحذف التطبيق. ويجوز لنا تعليق الوصول
عند إساءة الاستخدام أو مخالفة هذه الشروط.
٨. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

1. The service
Majd is a wallpaper app offering visual work drawn from Saudi and Gulf
heritage. Some content is free; some requires a subscription or a one-time
purchase.
2. Subscriptions and payment
- All payment is handled exclusively by the App Store or
Google Play. We never receive payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at
least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal and cancellation are managed in your store account settings, not
inside the app.
- A “Lifetime” purchase is a single payment and does not renew.
- Refunds follow the policy of the store you purchased
from. We cannot issue a refund on their behalf.
- Prices may change in future; a change will not affect a subscription
period already running.
3. What you may do with the wallpapers
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the
wallpapers on your own devices.
You may not resell, redistribute or sub-licence them, use
them in commercial products or materials, print them for sale, or upload them
to other wallpaper apps or sites.
4. Intellectual property
All artwork is owned by or licensed to us. Place and landmark names are
descriptive geographic references only and imply no affiliation with, or
endorsement by, any organisation.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass the subscription system, scrape content by
automated means, or reverse-engineer the app.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but
do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Coordinates are
indicative and must not be relied on for actual navigation.
7. Termination
You may stop using Majd at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access
in cases of abuse or breach of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
